Worship Team Interest Form

Thank you for stepping out in faith and reaching out to become a part of the CFC Worship Team! Please fill this form out in its entirety and to the best of your ability. 

As you prayerfully consider submitting this application, we feel its important to outline some key expectations of our worshippers: 

  • Worship is not solely a Sunday morning ministry or a department. It is a lifestyle and a heart posture. Making time for personal practice, rehearsal time, and private worship moments throughout the week are non-negotiable and essential to cultivating your gift as a worshipper and developing strength as a team. 
  • We do not only meet on Thursday evenings or Sunday mornings. Throughout the year, we hold creative team nights, bible studies, outreach events, and we encourage team members to be gathering outside of their scheduled Sundays. This is an immersive ministry geared to foster community, personal growth in Christ, and build trust and relational equity - all crucial elements for a unified worship team. 
  • Submission to our higher level church leadership is imperative. Our lead pastor is our chief worship leader and we fall under the vision that the Lord has placed in his heart. He collaborates with our Executive Creative Pastor and we dream within that vision but are careful to submit to the authority the Lord has ordained. Alignment with this is necessary for our overall success on the team and in our church.

For example, Thursday Nights when scheduled for a Sunday Service

Conferences, Events, Revival Nights, Interest Nights, etc.

A few examples are YTH Worship, Seniors 55+ Worship, Running Lyrics on ProPresenter, Assisting with Stage Management, Learning Lights or Cameras etc.

Outside bands or groups, additional worship ministries, etc.

Helping to serve at other CFC locations outside of your home location, if needed
