What is Baptism?

One of the first things Jesus asks us to do when we decide to follow him is to get water baptized (see Acts 2:38). At CFC, we do baptism by full immersion, symbolizing what God has already done in your heart by raising you to life from your former way of living. Baptism does not save you, but it is a powerful initial step in following Jesus that he asks us all to take when we decide to follow Him.

When does it take place?

Baptisms will take place during the worship portion of our services (baptisms will be performed by one of our CFC Pastors). Sign-up on this page and we will follow up with more details about the baptism class and preparations for that day.
